Wedding Packages of Louisville Photographer KL Phy

KL Phy Photography offers wedding packages ranging from US$2000 to US$5500.

The basic package for US$2000 includes:

* Up to six hours coverage at day of event
* Pre-wedding consultation meeting, also including whatever support you need during the planning process by phone or email. I’ve seen it all before, and I’m happy to be a friendly ear during the process!
* Variety of artistic edits on select images (Artist’s choice)
* A selection of the best photographs from your wedding, with beautiful artistic edits and retouching, featured on my blog to share with your friends and relatives
* Password protected private web gallery of proofs
* Convenient shopping cart on your gallery for ordering of prints, enlargements, digital downloads, and any other photo product I offer (just about anything you can think of, and if you don’t see it listed, just ask!)
* Any photo print or product ordered through my gallery will have extra print-perfect retouching included–fine facial retouching, etc
* All proofed images on a dvd for private use of prints (un-watermarked, full resolution files that have been color and exposure corrected, print release included, as well as any selection of my choices featured on the website with extra artistic re-touching at no extra cost)
* All proofed images on a dvd watermarked for sharing on the internet (images already sized at web resolution so you don’t have to, please do not remove or crop out watermark for posting on facebook or any other website)
* An information and suggestion sheet included to help you make the best choices if having prints made from your disk at other labs, as well as helpful information on how to best store and archive your prints or any product or album to keep it looking its best for generations
* Informational brochures full of ideas and examples on how to add your enlargements or collections as a beautiful addition to the interior decoration of your home; in-home consultations available for an extra fee

Additional prints and album upgrades are available at additional a la carte pricing.

The basic package can be customized with any number of your choice of a la carte options, which can include more hours, wedding and engagement album options, engagement sessions, one or more additional photographers, international second shooters, destination wedding travel, print packages, parent albums, and just about anything else you would desire for your special day.

A la carte options

Albums:
* 10×10 Flush Mount Album, 20 pages: $800.00 (depending on design, may contain up to 40-50 photos)
* 10×10 Flush Mount Album, 30 pages: $1100.00 (depending on design, may contain up to 60-80 photos)
* 5×5 Parent Album, 20 pages: $200 for one, $250 for 2 (Exact replica of Bridal album)
* 5×5 Parent Album, 30 pages: $300 for one, $350 for 2 (Exact replica of Bridal album)

Print Menu (For wedding clients only)
* Orders of $50-$100: 5% discount
* Orders of $100-$500: 10% discount
* Orders of $500-$1000: 15% discount
* Orders of $1000-$2000: 20% discount
* Orders of $2000 and above: 25% discount

Wedding Special: On any medium or large format prints purchased (9×12 and up, including special print products such as canvas gallery wraps, various framing and finishing options, etc): Buy 2 and receive the 3rd free (same photo only)
